Deliveries and returns

The package collection or delivery in Morges (VD-1110) is free. We apply a flat fee of 7.- CHF for Economic Post delivery.
Shipments
If you chose the Post delivery, packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via La Poste CH, with tracking number and delivery without signature. The distribution of parcels in Post Pac Economy is in principle carried out within 2 working days.
A shipping number will be communicated to you as soon as the package is returned to the post office in order to track the package online.
Delivery prices include handling and packaging costs as well as postage costs. Postage costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group your products in a single order. We will not be able to group two distinct orders placed separately, and the cost of delivery will apply for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
The boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
Returns
We allow 14 days from the date of receipt of the package to be able to request a return or claim. Once the 14 day period has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Thus, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases. Also excluded are gift cards and virtual or digital products.
The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
To request a return, please use the contact form indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will then review your request to let you know if the return is accepted. The acceptance of a return is at the sole discretion of the Gamezest.ch team.
Right to retract
In principle, an order cannot be canceled once you have validated the last step of the purchase process and the order is validated.
However, if the order has not yet been sent, the Gamezest.ch team will do its best to satisfy your cancellation request. Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason. Until we have confirmation from our wholesaler that we will not receive the allocated items, the buyer cannot cancel the order.
Availability dates for pre-orders are indicative and given to us by the publisher or supplier, but cannot be guaranteed. There may be delays to pre-orders that occur beyond our control due to publisher vagaries or launch date changes. We cannot be held responsible for these potential delays and will endeavor to keep you informed at all times.
